 Happy Friday!  Friday just always brings a smile to my face! It just feels so good.   I'm so excited to share some favorites from the week.    ONE.  My new leopard mask.  I sort of giggled  when B had this as one of my bday gifts but it is surprisingly...amazing!  It fits perfectly around the nose, adjustable ear straps, easy to breathe, and B said it was cheap.  He found it at Tom Thumb.  TWO. These pens were a gift from a sweet friend. I’m always looking for a good pen and I was impressed.   I know what you’re thinking, pens? Just trust me and did I mention it has an eraser (which is decent).     THREE. I was in need of a planner so I hopped on Amazon and found this one.  There were lots of cute designs and the price was even better.  When it arrived, I was not expecting the weekly planner too.  I hope to use this section for jotting down blogging info to help me get organized.      FOUR.   Chick-fil-A + chocolate chip cookies = MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Y’all, I have been working on this post for the past few days, seven to be exact...HA!! I finally decided to get organized and write things down and that helped so much.   I try to have a little “wish list” of items that I want so when my birthday or a holiday rolls around then I am prepared.  Some birthdays B will surprise me with a big gift and sometimes he will just let me buy for myself.  On Thursday, he surprised me with some small goodies: bday balloons, Starbucks, Ferrero Rocher, and a leopard mask.  I felt loved but that meant I could shop from my “wish list.” Yippee!!  These are my wishes:  Bogg bag Layered necklace (kendra scott or amazon) Perfume (Gold by Niven Morgan or mini discovery set from Sephora, trying to decide)  Nickel and Suede earrings  purchased several pairs Kendra Scott gold hoop earrings  bought inexpensive pair from Apple Blvd Tory Burch Manon Thong sandal Amazon Echo Dot p urchased Amazon Prime Day Kindle Paperwhite Shark ION robot vacuum  This list doesn’t

Today is my birthday and it’s also my very first post! I’ve wanted to start a blog for a few years and I finally feel like now is the right time. This is my present to myself...a little happy space for me to share and connect with others. I am so excited about this new adventure!  Here are a few things about me. Don’t worry, it’s only 10 facts and not 39 ;)   1. I have lived in TX my whole life. 2. Just celebrated my 12th wedding anniversary to B. 3. I have 2 boys, C (3) and D (1). 4. Recently went from working mom to SAHM. It’s been a lot harder adjusting than I thought.  5. I have a serious addiction to Dr. Pepper.  I even put it on my baby registry both times.   I prefer not to drink caffeine when I’m pregnant so I add it as a present to myself after baby.   6. I am not the greatest cook so I am all about easy and simple recipes in my life.  7. I am a Bravo reality junkie especially the Housewives franchise. My favorite is Real Housewives of New York and I can’t wait for Housewives
