Tuesday Talk: Mommy + Me clothing

Hey, I am so glad you are here today! 

I am linking up with Ashley and Erika for Tuesday Talk. This is always fun because we can talk about anything. 

Today I want to discuss mommy + me clothes for BOYS.  I see cute mommy + me for girls but it seems harder to find for boys.

I have gotten lucky with a few items from Old Navy.  They seem to have a lot of coordinating items which I’ve been shopping more. I know that now is the time for me to take advantage of their willingness to match with their mama. 

Do you know of you any other  stores or boutiques that have great mommy + me for boys?  Please share them with me!

    Hmm, I haven’t seen much mommy + me clothes for boys!! I’ve seen a few on Old Navy. Maybe Etsy? Maybe you could find a few on Amazon? I’m sure it would be so cute!!

    I didnt pics in time for my post but U might try to add some later :). Adidas shoes and the black Nike’s are cute to coordinate when toddlers. I got matching camo vests from ON and green military jackets. I guess you could do overalls too and just add the Adidas shoes. I might just have to take pics bc now i’m thinking of all sorts of outfits.

Ahhhhhh, it's my favorite day of the week! Anyone else feel like January is flying by?! Kinda loving it because spring is coming.  I am joining Erika and Andrea for their fabulous link up:  ONE:    We went on a little trip to the Tyler Zoo on Sunday.  It is a smaller zoo than Dallas or Ft. Worth but I tend to enjoy them even more because it is more manageable with the boys. We saw some great animals!  This longhorn was beautiful!  The lion was very active and kept roaring.   He was so loud and could be heard all over the zoo.  These guys scared me because I thought the cage was empty until I spotted them in the corner.   The only downfall for me was that there were way too many people not wearing masks for my comfort level.  We have visited 2 other smaller zoos in the past few months and generally most people will wear a mask even though we are outdoors. Happy Wednesday, friends!  Today, I am joining Anne from  In Residence  for her monthly  Currently   post.  The first Wednesday of the month she provides a one word prompt to discuss and share. These are so fun to write up and to read.   Currently Arranging: Our  new rug! We had been waiting on one we ordered back in December that was a Magnolia rug but after the date of arrival getting pushed back several times we just decided to get something in stock. We ordered both rugs from the furniture store we got our sectional. We are loving our new rug!  Currently Craving:  Ahhhh, without a doubt my mom’s home cooking. Hello Monday: Currently

Ahhhhhh, friends! Last week was a doozy. I love you TX but not your crazy weather.  Then  Now  I thought today I would just share a few things currently on my mind or currently going on in our life. It will be random but that’s how it goes!  #1- As you know, TX got hit with snowstorms and very frigid temps last week. At times, we were even colder than Alaska.   We heard from our family and friends and some were dealing with the rolling outages, no power for hours which went into days, and no water.  We were very lucky because our only issue was spotty cable/ internet. It was hard knowing that others were suffering while we were okay. However, we did what was encouraged and that was to conserve energy and water. We unplugged appliances, lowered our heat, and used only the microwave or air fryer to cook meals.  We did get to enjoy the snow, had a snowball fight  and made snow angels.  We had to improvise when it came to our snow gear.  We layered socks for mittens and we had these boots
